Diet Update #2: 18 Pounds in 19 Days!
I now weigh 303.0 instead of 321.0 when I first started 19 days ago!
I started reducing my calories even further (Today I’ll be at 1,410 with future chicken wings and a orange included in my meal budget!) and I asked my doctor to recommend a nutritionist.
It also turns out fruit is incredibly good and costs basically nothing calorie-wise.
I am also turning to little things like Brownberry’s Keto Sandwich Thins which shave off 70+ calories from a regular bun and Live Carb Smart® White Bread which is only 30 Calories a slice!
